Chicken w/ Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
3 tbsp. of olive oil
2 tbsp. italian seasonings
2 tsp garlic
2-3 lemons
2- 12 oz jars of plain roasted red peppers

Directions:
1. boil 1/2-1 pound of penne
2. meanwhile, heat olive oil and italians seasonings & garlic in pan.
3. then add chicken and cook on each side until brown.
4. drain peppers and place on top.
5. squeeze lemons into pan.
6. cook on medium-low until chicken & peppers are done.
7. serve with/over penne.
