Tex Mex Chicken

Ingredients:

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cubed
1C Salsa
2tbsp Flour
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 Red Pepper
White Rice
Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions:

Toss chicken in Slow Cooker and coat with Flour and Taco Seasoning.

Add Salsa and pepper and stir together.

Cook in Slow Cooker on low for 3-4 hours.

Serve over rice and top with cheese
