Cheesy Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:

1 can of cheddar soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. shredded cheese (any variety)
2-4 chicken breasts

Directions:

Cook chicken and soup on low for 6 hours in slow cooker
Top with cheese, cook an additional 30mins. - 1 hour (or until cheese is melted)
Serve with rice and broccoli
