Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 cup Marsala Cooking Wine
2 tbs. Flour
2 tbs. Butter
8-12 oz. fresh mushroom (sliced)
(Optional ingredients: Salt & onion)
Directions:
Rub flour on chicken breasts and place in slow cooker
Toss in butter & mushrooms
Pour olive oil & marsala wine over all contents.
Cook on low for 7 hours
Serves 2
